After successful registration, a designated number of e-vouchers will be automatically distributed to your account in the E-PowerSpot App on the 1st of each month. Diamond customers are entitled to 5 e-vouchers for free power bank rental services per month, while Gold customers can enjoy 3 e-vouchers. Please note that only one free e-voucher can be used for each rental. Also, each free e-voucher is valid for one month and cannot be accumulated or reissued if expired. What is the battery capacity of the power bank, and what devices can it charge? The power bank has a battery capacity of 5,000mAh and comes with three charging cables. It can charge electronic devices with Apple, Android, and any Type-C interface. What should I do if the rented power bank cannot charge my device? If you encounter any issues, please contact E-PowerSpot customer service hotline at 3797 6355 or reach out to customer service via WhatsApp or WeChat (account: epowerspot) for assistance. How much is the rental fee if the rental time exceeds the free rental period (48 hours)? Please be advised that only one e-voucher can be used for each rental service. If the power bank is not returned after the free time limit (48 hours), the rental fee will be calculated at $3* per hour or $15* per day.
