  • Replace SIM
    Replace SIM
      1. For Replace Physical SIM
      2. As an account owner*, you can complete the SIM replacement at any of our 3SUPREME shop.
      3. You are required to show your previous SIM card.
      4. The new SIM card will be active within 2 hours
        For Replace eSIM
      1. You can replace the eSIM by visiting any of our 3SUPREME Shop*
      2. Following successful application, customers will receive a confirmation email with eSIM QR code included, and can install and activate eSIM via following the instructions in the email. The QR code will expire after being scanned, and cannot be reused.
      3. Upon activation of new eSIM, SIM / eSIM in your original device will be invalid, while account information will remain unchanged (including account balance, purchased package and reward).
      Remarks:
      A handling fee of $100 will be waived for 3SUPREME customers
      *An authorized person, please bring along his/her HKID card and the following documents:
      • HKID copy of the registered customer
      • Original authorization letter with registered customer’s signature
  • Change Mobile Number
    Change Mobile Number
      1. Account registered customer* should bring along the HKID card to any of the 3SUPREME shops to arrange.
      2. A handling fee of $300 handling will be charged.
      3. The new number will be effective as early as the day following the completion of the application.
      Remarks:
      *An authorized person, please bring along his/her HKID card and the following documents:
      • HKID copy of the registered customer
      • Original authorization letter with registered customer’s signature
  • Transfer Ownership
    Transfer Ownership
      1. The new owner please visit 3SUPREME shop in person and bring along with
        • Original authorization letter with the Original mobile account registered owner’s HKID card / BR copy, and
        • A proof of residential address (latest 3 months)
      2. The new owner needs to pay
        • The account outstanding balance (if applicable)
        • The $300 transfer of ownership fee
        • The one-month advance service fee
        • The value-added services (if applicable)
        • The $1500 deposit (applicable for non-HK residents only)
      Important Note:
      • Change of mobile account ownership is not available during the contract’s effective period.
      • The payment method set up by the previous owner will be stopped upon the completion of the ownership transfer. The new owner will have to apply the autopay separately (if any).
      • 3SUPREME Self-Service Password will be reset after the transfer of ownership.

      Remarks:
      1. $250/request will be charged for reconnection of service due to overdue payment. (With effect from 01 June, 2020)
      2. Customer must visit any one of the  3SUPREME Shop in person for any services e.g. complaint, service disconnection, reporting loss, any account enquiry, subscription of new service or change of service etc.
      3. A $20 Fee / handling fee for declined autopay will be charged. The handling fee will be waived until June 30, 2025.
      *HTCL has right to change the above administration fee at any time without prior notice.
