The all-new 3SUPREME customer tier programme is officially launched to provide you with exceptional and bespoke services.



Starting from 1 January 2025, all customer tiers will be determined by the Status Points you earn through different activities such as billed spending and contract renewal.
  • Points will be assessed annually by 31 December, allowing us to recognise and reward your continued support each year thereafter.
  • All new customers with multiple phone numbers registered under one HKID will be offered the same tier, ensuring that all your accounts are well-supported while enjoying a more personalised customer experience. ​
