Remarks:
- $250/request will be charged for reconnection of service due to overdue payment. (With effect from 01 June, 2020)
- Customer must visit any one of the 3SUPREME Shop in person for any services e.g. complaint, service disconnection, reporting loss, any account enquiry, subscription of new service or change of service etc.
- A $20 Fee / handling fee for declined autopay will be charged. The handling fee will be waived until June 30, 2025.
- A handling fee of $50 applies (waived for 3SUPREME customers)
