Chinese Mainland & HK 1-Card-2-Number is not support video call and MMS.
Customer need to connect to China Unicom's mobile network in Chinese Mainland.
The voice minutes and SMS usage incurred by upgraded “Chinese Mainland & HK 1-Card-2-Number” will be deducted from the monthly SIM plan (if applicable). Extra charge will be incurred with extra local voice call/ intra-SMS/ inter-SMS/ International SMS usage.

VoLTE Roaming Service

Customers need to meet the following conditions to use voice calls through overseas partner's 4G LTE network while roaming.

Activate roaming and IDD service
Use compatible mobile phone and iOS/Android version that support VoLTE service (Please check with the relevant mobile phone suppliers for VoLTE-compatible handset and VoLTE function setting)
Under designated destinations and designated networks which has enable VoLTE Roaming Service

Terms and Conditions:

VoLTE Roaming Service is only applicable to postpaid 3HK monthly plan. Customer is required to activate Roaming and IDD service and use designated compatible device with specified system version in order to use VoLTE Roaming Service in designated areas with designated networks.
Roaming voice call rates are stated in H.K. dollars. Roaming voice call charges are calculated in 1-minute interval and rounded up to the nearest 1-minute.
VoLTE Roaming Service may not completely cover all locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 4G LTE networks run by local operators. Roaming service will not automatically switch to 3G, or other network operators in locations not covered by a 4G LTE network.
3HK reserves the right to amend the charges and terms and conditions of the Service (including but not limited to designated destinations and designated networks, their coverage, system compatibility and other relevant conditions of the designated networks) and to suspend or terminate any part of the Service at any time without prior notice, especially in case where any roaming partner terminates cooperation with 3HK. 3HK shall have the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
