Q1. What is the “Trans-Island Chinalink Bus Pass”?
The Trans-Island Chinalink Bus Pass is a value‑added service jointly launched by 3 Hong Kong and Trans-Islands Chinalink, offering 6‑, 12‑ and 24‑month plans. One designated one‑way cross‑border bus ticket 0‑dollar discount coupon will be issued each month for use when purchasing tickets, allowing travel on China–Hong Kong cross‑border buses at fares as low as 12% of the original price.
Q2. How can I activate the bus pass?
You must register through the My3 App or 3SUPREME App and provide your AlipayHK Mini Programme account number.
  • Registrations completed between 1st and 15th of the month will be activated on the 1st of the following month. Users will receive 1 Monthly Redemption Coupon in their AlipayHK Mini Programme account on the 1st.
  • Registrations completed between 16th and 31st of the month will be activated on the 16th of the following month. Users will receive 1 Monthly Redemption Coupon in their AlipayHK Mini Programme account on the 16th.
Redeem the coupon to purchase tickets via the Trans-Islands Chinalink official AlipayHK Mini Programme#.

Q3. What is the validity period of the free coupon?
  • Coupons issued on the 1st of the month expire before the 1st of the following month.
  • Coupons issued on the 16th of the month expire before the 16th of the following month.

  • The coupon may be used to purchase cross‑border bus tickets for designated days (Monday to Friday only) and during the time period of 10:00 to 18:59 (excluding weekends and public holidays). For details, refer to the Route Schedule Detail.
  • Seat availability is subject to real-time conditions and is not guaranteed.
