How are the service validity period and service charge calculated?
The service validity period begins from the first use of Roam-In-Command (6GB)/(10GB). Service charges are calculated based on the country / region where you first use travel data. The service fee covers a usage period of 15 days / 30 days (“Usage Period”), usage of less than 15 days / 30 days will still incur the full charge of that period. The Usage Period commences on the first day of use and lasts until 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on that day, expiring at 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the 15th day / 30th day. After this period, the service fee will reset for another 15-day / 30-day validity.

Can I subscribe to more than one “Roam-In-Command” service at the same time?
Subscribers of “Roam-In-Command (1GB)” can subscribe “Roam-In-Command (6GB)/ (10GB)” for one-off use. “Roam-In-Command (6GB)” and “Roam-In-Command (10GB)” are mutually exclusive.
When customers subscribe to both “Roam-In-Command (1GB)” and “Roam-In-Command (6GB) / (10GB)”, the data usage will be deducted from “Roam-In-Command (6GB) / (10GB)” first. For the Roaming data usage deduction order, please refer to here.

How will the Roam-In-Command (6GB)/(10GB) be billed if the journey spans multiple regions?
The service charge will be billed according to the first instance of travel data usage. The service remains available until 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the 15th day / 30th day. No extra service fee will be charged if you travel to the designated destinations during the 15-day / 30-day validity period of Roam-In-Command (6GB)/(10GB).

For example:
If your first travel data usage occurs in Japan and you travel to the UK three days later, the service charge will be $128 / $188 for the 15-day / 30-day period. Once your travel data usage reaches 6GB / 10GB, the data speed will be adjusted to a maximum of 128kbps. You may continue to use the travel data service until the end of the Usage Period.

Can I top up after using all of my travel data?
Yes, you can top up when your travel data usage reaches its cap. 3SUPREME offers extra travel data at the following charges: $40 for 1GB, $98 for 3GB and $128 for 6GB.

Do I have to start using the travel data right after successfully subscribing to the service?
No, but it is recommended to start using travel data within 30 days of successful subscription. Otherwise, the service will be cancelled on the 30th day after the subscription.

Will I receive reminders for this service?

To ensure your journey is worry-free, 3SUPREME will send the following SMS reminder in stages :

A confirmation message upon activating Roam-In-Command (6GB)/(10GB)
A message confirming that the service is activated and detailing the validity period upon your first use of travel data
Data usage alerts while you are using the service (if applicable)
A reminder message before the expiration of the validity period

Can I share my data with other devices?
Yes, with Roam-In-Command (6GB)/(10GB), you can easily share data with other mobile phones and tablets without the hassle to queueing, renting or returning portable mobile routers, or carrying additional devices.

Yes, 5G network access is available to 3SUPREME customers with 5G monthly plans and compatible devices, provided that there is 3SUPREME-supported 5G network coverage at your destination.

How are the 7-day service validity and service charging calculated?
The service validity period starts from the first day of using the roaming data. It remains active until 23:59 Hong Kong time on the 7th day, with each partial day counted as a full day. Service charges are calculated based on the country / region where you first use travel data. An additional service charge will be automatically incurred when travel data usage occurs after the 7-day validity period, based on the destination for the travel data usage.
